With over 18 years of experience in corporate compliance, business setup, governance and regulatory advisory in India, she supports founders, CFOs, finance teams and business owners in establishing and managing their Indian operations through clear guidance, reliable documentation and continuing compliance support.
Her work covers the key stages of doing business in India, including company incorporation, market entry support, FDI, ODI and FEMA compliance, MCA and RoC filings, board and shareholder compliances, secretarial audits, payroll and tax coordination, trademark and IP support, transaction advisory, and due diligence.
Sandhya works with both Indian and international clients, including businesses entering India for the first time as well as established companies managing regular and complex compliance requirements. Her approach is practical, detail-oriented, and focused on helping clients understand their obligations, meet deadlines, and reduce compliance risks. She also shares practical updates and guidance on governance, FEMA filings, ESOP structuring, and regulatory developments.
