To register a company in India, you can follow these steps:
- Choose a business structureThe business structure you choose will affect your income tax return and compliance requirements.
- Apply for name approvalGet approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) for a unique and compliant name for your business. This process usually takes 24–48 hours.
- Prepare documentsDraft the e-Memorandum of Association and e-Articles of Association. You’ll also need to get a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for all directors.
